SKIN DELIVERY DESIGN
The bicosomes of Bicomide® were designed to target the follicles. These bicosomes are distributed in the Epidermis surrounding the follicles and the flat skin areas, where they deliver the actives to regulate sebum and proinflammatory metabolites. The bicosome structure per se boosts these effects by strengthening the skin barrier function, which plays an important role in the equilibrium of the skin.
