Respect, excellence and commitment to quality and sustainability are values that drive BICOSOME in its mission towards society, while doing business.
BICOSOME started its compromise with CSR back in 2016 establishing the first policies focused on quality, respect for the environment and the human rights.
Since then, we keep expanding CSR practices, progressively incorporating ways to measure the impact of our activities in the different stakeholders.
Our daily compromise is to generate a positive workplace environment and social equality, while developing and providing the society with scientifically qualified products that respect the skin and environment.
Our activities
We understand the Corporate Social Responsibility as a philosophy of work that involves promoting business practices based on ethical values to interact with employees, clients, business partners and society in general.
Our CSR activities are set on an annual plan, where key objectives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are defined. We are very proud to have been granted with the Ecovadis Gold medal 2022 in recognition of our CSR practices.
We believe that even the smallest meaningful action has the impact to contribute for a better future. And with this spirit we started to contribute with social causes that we believe and defend, such as the dissemination of science, gender equality and protection of the environment and natural ecosystems.
Our desire is to develop more and more our ability to positively impact society with innovative and purposeful projects, inspiring others to do the same. That is how we can contribute to change the world.
